- How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
- Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you need to change the quantity or cancel an item from the order, it is best to call Customer Service directly at 1.800.511.8652 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST, and a representative can help you edit your order or place a new one, in the case you need additional quantities, but are no longer able to edit your order.
- How do I return my product?
- Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.511.8652 for more information on returning an item. Details about our return policy can be found on this same page, below this question.
- What is your return policy?
- 1. Industrial Safety Supply (ISC) Customer Service Department must authorize all requests for returns. Contact ISC's Customer Service at 1-800-516-4669. Upon approval, a written RMA number will be issued authorizing the return. All returns must be shipped with the written RMA form and with the RMA number clearly noted on the freight bill of lading.
3. ISC will not issue an RMA for product damaged in transit for 3rd Party Bill or Collect shipments. All freight claims are to be filed by the party in possession of the merchandise. If the carrier is in possession of the product, ISC will advise the "receiving" party that a freight claim must be filed. If the damaged product has been signed as received, regardless of condition by the receiving party, the party in receipt of the product must file a claim with the carrier.
4. ISC will not issue an RMA or credit for damages on full freight allowed or pre-pay and add shipments, regardless of condition, unless notified by the receiver of the damages within 48 hours after receipt or 15 days after receipt if there is concealed damage. When initiating these claims, please contact ISC's customer service department. All claims made under this premise must include freight bill denoting damage and include driver's
signature noting the visible damage.
5. All authorized returns, with the exception of Warranty, must be returned to Justrite PREPAID. All authorized Warranty returns should be returned to Justrite COLLECT.
6. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We must be notified of any returns within 15 days of shipment. Goods cannot be returned to Des Plaines, IL. Shipments must be returned to the location indicated on the RMA form. Any return not accompanied by a RMA # will be refused.
