How much is my shipping?
In most cases, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Some items on our website are either very large, very heavy, or both, and must ship by freight. These items are marked both on the product page - look for "Ships Freight" under the product name - and also in your cart - look for "Ships Freight" again below the product name. Please be aware that in order to calculate accurate freight shipping charges, we need information from you when you provide the shipping address, such as whether or not there is a loading dock present, whether or not a liftgate is necessary, etc., as these factors affect the shipping cost. Please be careful and make sure you have checked off all applicable boxes. If you do not, and an inaccurate shipping quote is provided, you will be responsible for any adjustment once shipment is made. For example, if you do not check off "Requires a Liftgate", but it does, you will be responsible for and billed for the difference in shipping once the item has been delivered. If you are unsure of any of these items, please call Customer Service to discuss prior to placing your order.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. For your convenience, your most recent orders are listed on your dashboard for easy access.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Locate your order in the "Recent Orders" section and click "View Order". From there, you may click shipments, if your order has shipped, and details such as tracking information will be listed. If your order does not appear in the "Recent Orders" section, you may click "My Orders" to list all of your orders.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
