ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB origin at the discretion of Industrial Safety Cabinets - A CriticalTool Company (“ISC”), unless otherwise agreed to by ISC. Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped within 48 hours of your order. Need next-day delivery? Ask your Customer Service Representative for details. We prepay and add shipping charges. We do not ship to Mail Forwarding Service Addresses and will cancel any orders with a ship-to address of a Mail Forwarding Service.
Please check your shipment prior to signing off on your delivery for any damages. Claims for damaged items that are accepted and signed for without stating damage with shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Backorder Policy: In the event that an item is on backorder, we will not ship the order until all items are available. Customers may request a partial shipment, however additional shipping charges may apply.
Claims: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at 1-800-511-8652.
Refund & Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for any item received after 15 days of the delivery date . We must be notified of all returns within 15 days of receipt. ISC reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If items are not returned in good condition or with original packaging, credit will not be issued. To receive your refund, you must call our Customer Service Department for your Return Authorization Number before returning items: 1-800-516-4669.
- Damaged items that are not refused or signed for as damaged
- Defective items not reported to ISC within 2 days of receipt
- Items returned to our warehouses without a Return Authorization Number
- Items returned to ISC without contacting ISC prior to the return.
- Items returned without original packaging all documents & instruction booklets that were included with original shipment
Defective Items: ISC will not issue an RMA or credit for damages on full freight allowed or pre-pay and add shipments, regardless of condition, unless notified by the receiver of the damages within 48 hours after receipt or 15 days after receipt if there is concealed damage. When initiating these claims, please contact ISC's customer service department. All claims made under this premise must include freight bill denoting damage and include driver's signature noting the visible damage. Claims for damaged items that are accepted and signed for without stating damage are the responsibility of the buyer.
As a distributor and not a manufacturer, ISC has no control over certain aspects of product quality. There are items that may have a natural flaw or may have a service life less than what may be expected; natural flaws and failure to meet individual expectations are not considered defects. ISC will not be liable for any defective items NOT reported within the 30-day policy. Any guarantee that is offered by the product manufacturer in the form of a label or similar marking on the product must be addressed by contacting the manufacturer directly. Normal wear and tear of an item does not constitute defectiveness. Acceptance of returns on any item said to be defective will be made at the discretion of ISC. ISC assumes no product liability. Buyer assumes all risk pertaining to use and application of any purchase.
Undeliverable Items: Items returned to any ISC warehouse that are undeliverable for any reason and have reached the maximum number of delivery attempts by the carrier can be reshipped at the customers expense to an alternative location. If the customer prefers a credit for the order, shipping costs can not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Custom Orders: Any custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Special Orders: Periodically we may be able to supply for a customer an item that is not in our normal inventory and does not appear on our website. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Prices: Prices shown are subject to change. All published prices are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. ISC is not responsible for typographical errors. In the event a typographical error occurs, we will attempt to rectify any errors on a case-by-case basis.
Prices on Other Websites: Our products may be featured on other third-party websites and may display information about the product, including, but not limited to, the product's name, description and pricing. Since we have no direct control over these third-party websites, ISC is not responsible for the accuracy of this information. If you notice a descrepancy, we appreciate your diligence in reporting this to us so that we can work with these third-party websites to ensure the integrity of the information displayed therein.
Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. C.O.D. payments are not accepted. Net 30 terms are available for certain corporate accounts. Please speak with a customer service representative for details.
Local Safety Standards and Regulations: Products sold by ISSC are designed to meet stated U.S. safety standards and regulations. Because local safety standards and regulations vary, ISC cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with such safety standards and regulations in those localities in which the products will be shipped, sold and used.

Limited Warranty: Except as described in our guarantee, there are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ISC shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach or contract or of warranty, (2) any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by ISC, or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever.
Exclusion of Warranties/No Warranties Disclaimer: Buyer acknowledges that Seller is not the manufacturer of the products or goods sold. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, express and implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the goods sold. In no event shall Seller be liable to Buyer for indirect, special or consequential damages or for loss of anticipated profits on any claim of any kind resulting from any order hereunder.
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between ISC and the purchaser, and shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of Pennsylvania and the United States of America. Orders placed constitute an agreement to the above terms.
