This ultra absorbent tarp for spill control is made of a 3-layer system for super protection:

Top layer: UV resistant geotextile fabric that allows oils to pass through
Middle layer: An absorbent core. Oil-only polypro traps oils but allows stormwater to evaporate
Bottom layer: An impermeable backing that keeps drips from permeating through to the ground or shop floor.
